IF YOU ARE THINKING OF CANCELLING YOUR MEMBERSHIP

We hate to see you go, but we understand that sometimes cancelling your membership is necessary. Whether it is due to unforeseen financial circumstances or maybe you did not use your membership as much as you thought you would, we at Coasta Tan want to make this process as simple as possible for you.


Before you make your decision, we would like for you to know all of your options so you can make the best choice for you. It is important to note that a cancellation is a final action on an account that cannot be reversed. If you need to cut down on your expenses temporarily or you plan on returning, ask to freeze your account instead. A freeze is a temporary hold on your account that will lock in your current monthly rate in case we raise our prices in your absence. You will be charged $5.00/month during your freeze period. The accumulated amount will be credited back to you as in store credit that can be used towards products when you return.



All cancellation and freeze requests MUST be submitted in the form of an email and sent to coastacancellations@gmail.com

In order for a cancellation or freeze to be processed, your account balance must be current. PAST DUE accounts CANNOT be frozen nor cancelled. 30-day notice is required before a request will be processed.

Your E-mail request should include:

Complete name as it appears on account, DOB, home address and your Salon Location.
