All Cancellation and Freeze requests MUST be submitted in the form of an email and sent to coastacancellations@gmail.com


In order for a cancellation or freeze requests to be processed, you must be the authorized originator and signer of the account and have met ALL conditions of your agreement to include completing ALL initial obligations and have provide the appropriate 30 day notice for changes and cancelations to be deemed effective.
